A better way to "test" this theory would be to have thermocouples installed on the pressurized air side of the intercoolers to compare outlet temperatures with and without fenderliner vents (and accompanying crap removed: reservoirs and CC, etc.).
That's a lot of effort to attempt to verify what is essentially a *free* mod that doesn't hurt anything. No one's holding a gun to your head to do this mod.
BTW, if you don't buy into the "theory", why did you replace your oem coolant overflow with the summit racing bottle (a la "Project Z")? I've seen the pics from your car from a couple years back.
